Thanks for this itsjustme1.
Isn't this the same as "Dogs and Sheep"?

Same As?

There are at least 9 known bootlegs from this one concert. Some are very similar as they use the same source but some have slight differences as the mastering may be unique. Also, there ARE differing qualities as one boot may be sourced near the speaker stack with good equipment and some are well removed in the crowd. An excellent example of this is my 1977 Montreal posts of Floyd . Canadian Fireworks Show http://www.guitars101.com/forums/bootleg...mals-tour.html is an excellent recording while Who Was Trained Not to Spit in the Fan http://www.guitars101.com/forums/bootleg...ry-behind.html is really trashy (but far rarer).
So to sum it up: download it and see if YOU have a preference and keep the one you like better.

Thanks itsjustme1.
I kind of figured that, but didn't know for sure.
Keep up the great job you're doing giving us all these awsome boots.

I just wish that I knew how they got in with their equipment. When I was a teenager (in the '70's) I bought 2- $180 AIWA "walkman" style STEREO recorders (rare at the time). I lost both of them during the entrance pat-downs. The second forfeit really surprised me as I had it taped to my upper back with duct-tape and wore a heavy coat so it was not even noticable.
$180 bucks back then was close to about $350 now and I had enough.

I know what you mean.
I wish I'd known about taping back then period, because I had the best
opportunity of most to get some excellent boots.
From 1969 to 1971, I was an usher at the old Atlanta Municipal Auditorium, in Atlanta, GA.
That's where all the big concerts of that time played.
I was good friends with everyone there, so I had complete access to anywhere I wanted, no questions asked.
Got backstage a number of times, and to a private party with The James Gang one night.
Had I been aware of taping for boots, I now wonder how many good ones I could have gotten.
Oh well, can't change the past, can we?

btw, I already had "Dogs and Sheep" but this boot is better.
Thanks.
