I have just downloaded from a friends laptop using a mobile phone to access the internet as it's modem, even with a slow connection all parts downloaded! All of them were off in 15 minutes, but I will admit that part 2/4 took 2 attempts so keep trying as I cannot re-upload them this side of the weekend!
