I did a little searching and I may be wrong but I think the date and location are wrong. I think this is "Reggae Sunsplash Festival, Jamaica. 27 November 1982. Also known as "The First Farewell"

The set list here is a little different then the one listed at http://visibleword.com/vw/html/1982-nov-27_jamaica.html

the boot listed there doesn't have "Black Coffee In Bed" even though in the file the copy of the song is only 15 seconds(at least it is in mine) makes me also think it doesn't belong in the set but it's track 5 in the file so i listed it here if you take it out the rest of the show matches up.Even the reggae intro to "Cool For Cats" makes me think it's the Jamaica show. Like I said i may be wrong since it is just a guess.
