Wow, I was skeptical that this was a Stray Cats show and not a Brian Setzer solo show because Barbwire Fence and Bobby's Back are songs from Brian's first solo record. But this is definately a Stray Cats show, Lee sings a song and you can hear Slim Jim screaming as well. Oh and Brian comments before those songs that they were just written.

Hmmm.....strange. There are two guitars on this gig, and on Stray Cat Strut setzer shouts "Bobby play that bass now!". Dunno if Lee Rocker is only visiting. And they play tracks like Hey Tonight, Little Sister, Love Is All Around and Time Is On My Hands, so don't know if this is Stray Cats or Setzer solo gig, still sounds good and rare, thank you!!!

1984

Early July
Stray Cats begin brief European tour. The band includes a second guitarist/vocalist
on the tour named Tommy Byrnes. Byrnes is an old friend of the band from
Long Island, NY. He was once a member of The BMTs. Prior to Byrnes inclusion,
"Wild" Bill Thompson (also from Long Island) played with the Cats for 1 or 2 shows.
Early August
Stray Cats begin another U.S. tour. (Again, Tommy Byrnes is along for the ride.)

thanx...Setzer is very cool...surprisingly good...also there is BSO stuff and solo gigs around that are very very good.......(made me look twice)
