For those who didn't see the vid, Peter sings only the first verse and the finale part of Beth. He mistakes and starts singing the last verse instead of the 2nd and laughs at it, so he can't sing.
An interesting thing is that it's one of the rare shows where a song from each of the 4 1978 solo albums is performed :
Ace sings NY Groove (is it worth precising ?)
Paul sings Move On
Gene sings Radioactive
Peter sings Tossin' And Turnin'

A 1995 Tokyo show ?

No, I never heard of this. I have The Lost Alive II, Tokyo 1977 and I heard of a japanese concert filmed in 1988. That's all.
