Tora Tora - Revolution Day (3rd Unreleased Album) - Guitars101

The band did record a third album, in 1994, entitled "Revolution Day", but before its scheduled release their record company was bought out and Tora Tora were lost in the muddle. The third album reached it's final stages in the recording process but was never released.

I cleaned up the album using Cool Edit Pro and removed a lot of the hiss and such. Let me know what you guys think.

this was big news on the Metal Sludge board back in December of last year. fans had waited YEARS for this to be released. according to the band, there was no chance of this happening.

until someone put up the master reels up for auction on eBay.

a lot of us were going to put our money together to buy 'em, but the price went up to $3,000, I think.

apparently someone who knows the band was able to get a copy of it on cassette, which is the version that everyone has now. I was one of the first to get it once it had been leaked.

wish a copy from the MASTER REELS would make it's way out somehow.

it's a great album, like opening up a time capsule from back in the day.
