Might be cos you're new...and there could possibly be a time limit before you start uplading. If that's not the case, follow this thread on how to upload attachments...

When you add a new thread, or reply to another (like this one) click on the "Go Advanced" button. The window will expand and you'll see more options to edit your post. Scroll down and you'll see that one of these options is "Manage Attachments". Click on that and a new window will open allowing you to browse and upload files from your Hard Disk. When it's Uploaded, close that Upload window and submit the post in the original window.

here's the first 1.40 seconds of it...It's started life as a midi file but I converted to mp3, and added a concert hall echo so it's half decent.

You could loop this all the way through.

Right click and Save here
