WOW after hearing this jam it makes me wish I would have bought a locking trem equipped guitar instead of my schecter C-1 blackjack which has a Tune-o-Matic bridge.

lol good on ya bro. but dont worry about being without a locking tremelo... i have done just fine without one for 5 years now. Mind you... if you can get one then do so. Everytime i have used one (on friends guitars) i have just loved playing with it. Great little toy, awesome for nuances and note shaping/building . Thanks for checking out our jam dude

First of all, I had a blast doing this. I haven't been here much lately but i'm going to try and get back into the swing of things. I didn't have much time to do this and usually prefer to construct a solo but this time I just improvised so it's a little bit sloppy. I found it difficult to come up with something for this cos it's not my usual style of playing but the end result is good and all of the parts gel together.

Axeshredder - Great picking lick to start off with and some cool tapping. Your tone is lovely and thick sounding.

DutchGuitarFreak - Love the squeals at the beginning. Seemed to fit in with my part perfectly. Great tone and some superb notes, that fast run near the end is crazy.

DannyBoy - You have that instantly recognisable sound and your picking has just gone off the scale. Cool stuff and really well mixed.

Excellent stuff!

Axe: That intro lick was killer, reminded me of George Lynch and Satch in a blender.

Phil: Great to hear you in a free context, shows how great a player you are! The soloing from 1:36 to the pitch crazyness is just mental.

Dutch: Cool playing as always mate! I take it this was another totally improv'd solo? The lick @ 2:46 was just killer!

DB: The melodic intro was a real surprise, you've been going for the throat lately so that change of pace was really cool for me! I love that single coil tone you get when picking, I guess it's the cleanliness of your technique. Truly excellent!

Absolute Shredtastic.....

0:00 - 1:10 = Axeshredder
Superb intro, love the Satch Trem action and then into that cool picking riff and you maintained your take brilliantly.Cool tone too.

1:10 - 2:05 = Phil28uk
Love this style of playing, Love the tone and tasteful playing, a nutso at the end.
2:05 - 3:13 = DutchGuitarFreak
Great squeels and your alternate picking is deadly. Trem stuff was superb. Elements of Buckethead in there I thought.

3:13 - 4:02 = DannyBoy
Very tasteful start and yep, there you go with your nutso alternate picking. Absolutely brill. V.nice tone yet again, in fact everyone had a great tone which all mixed together well. Great mix too.

Oh and just in case there was a slot free on this I prepared a keyboard solo for this jam which would have been interesting mixed with these.
