The raging deep currents

can tear a man apart
these are the what we call
dark rivers of the heart

But you must test these waters
to fully feel the joy’s of love
but this river grows deeper
as tears fall from the eye’s above

This river grows wider
with each one of these tears
and the tides become more raging
and so do each of your fears

so dive into the waters
keeping your goals in your sight
focus with all of your mind and heart
it will take all of your might

find the strengths to guide you
across, fighting the roaring tides
your destiny is with in your reach
waiting for you on the other side
