My Baby And Me...(rain)
Today I went into originals forum..I listened to this song Ksdb did(A coo stick cape oh)...Right away it inspired me to write..So these are the words i came up with...
Drifting out to sea...With my baby and me....
To a far away place...Where noone knows our face....
Baby take my hand...Lets sail across the sea....
Just you and me....
Night sky is fallin....Wind and sea are callin....
Onto a place we wanna be...To Love and to feel free...
Baby Take my hand....Lets sail across the sea...
Just you and me...

reads quite bluesy. I can imagine it being a piano and vox affair. Good stuff young lady

You know this fits in really great with what Ksdb put down. Great stuff Mandy.
I'm gonna comment on his playing on his post, but these lyrics fit great. They would best be sung by a female imo, but I couldn't help singing these lyrics to it when I was hearing KS play. Great job! Thanks agan for another glimse into your heart. Pretty groovy chickadee...

This looks great Mandy. (Thanks to 3fingers for pointing this thread out.) By all means, would love to hear you sing the words over the song, so feel free to go for it. The song can be extended too, if you want to add extra verses or choruses.
Without prior lyrics, I didn't have a plan for how often to repeat each chord progression. Let me know and I can redo it as is needed. Started a new thread in the Originals section if you get it recorded soon.

That's a bummer about your sound situation. Hopefully things work out soon.
I was also hoping that Lace would get something going too, but I haven't heard back from her in a couple of days. Also, Trevitte talked about adding an eletric violin solo, but he seems to be out as well. Anyway, I know this will be worth the wait. Thanks!!
