Ok my new gear plan is as follows. Buy a Samick TR-2 Buy a Carvin SX200C Buy a Epiphone Galaxie 10(for bedroom jamming and recording) Buy a new recording program(Acid Music Studio 5) Basically I wanna know if this is a good idea and if not what changes would you make?

Does anyone know if this program is any good for creating music (i.e. can I cut/paste/loop sections of music easily, pan, and all that other god stuff). Some guy is offering me his copy of it for $30.00 and I'm wondering if its better than what I'm already using (Guitar Tracks 2). Thx!

I have found how to change or stretch the tempo of a drum track, but when I go into my mixer it still plays the original tempo. I have also saved the file but the mixer still doesn't take. Any ideas? Also, any links where I can get more drums? Any suggestions appreciated!
