This is the last of four shows that I had stored away in a drawer for
about 13 years (the other from this tour, 1996-10-11 Greek Theatre, I
need not post, as it has been shared here on Dime before). Thankfully,
this show has no speed problems, but it does have the annoying fades
between songs that the 1994-05-05 Hamburg show has. As with that show,
I avoided the temptation to re-join the files, or to EQ the sound in
any way. You are welcome to do so, if you want. This recording could
use a bit of EQ, to dampen the boomy bass, here and there, but overall
it sounds great on my system. The clappers near the taper get tiresome,
but maybe just to my ears? They're very pronounced, much more up in the
mix than the music, even. But at least they don't ruin the songs. Maybe
I will mix this for myself, later, and crossfade away all that between-
song noise...
