The reason you're having a problem is probably because you can only download from 5pm to 9am Eastern. Daytime it's only available for streaming (and the streams don't work in WMP 11, BTW). The downloads are only streaming quality, so you may not want it anyway.

As far as streaming goes, though, there is a TON of great stuff there to make your own little internet radio station.
