Well I decided to do something a bit more "old school", so I fired up the CyberTwin and the faithfull old Strat, and put my fingers to work learning CCR's Green River. I didnt attempt to cover the leads exactly as they are in the original tune, but I think the rhythms are pretty close.

I only did the guitars on this - the drums bass and vocals were supplied by the backing track I used.

Well here it is - hope ya'll like it!

Me too! I just heard this song on Saturday on the radio and I thought about working this one up myself. No need though, as this was excellent. Could hardly tell it was a cover tune. :thumbup:

Hey Rhythameen, how 'bout "Run Through the Jungle"? It is fairly similar. Other than "Fortunate Son" that would be my next choice.

Yeah - makes a heller combo! I had the CT set up as a "tweed" with the gain cranked fairly high. Works well. Hope you are able to get one - they are GREAT!
