I got the Part One download from Rapidgator, Part Two from Turbobit, and Part Three from File Factory, so that all three parts could DL at the same time.

Oddly enough, Rapidgator's Part One contained the whole show, and all the ancillary files! Subsequently, I dumped the other two parts as unneeded.

Great setlist, and better sound than I expected, based upon the OP's description.
