He is going to be at the Lane County Fair here in Oregon on Friday Night. Should be a sold out show. I'm going, should be alot of fun......lol ......with fighting the crowd and all. :drunk:

Anyway I'm really excited, got some good bands this year, but most are country & western. Had Boobastank tonight, but we weren't really impressed with them...sorry to those who like it. I wasn't one of them. So yeah glad to be there on Friday....:woot:

I'm a big DLR fan. But I haven't got many of his albums. I've heard some of his songs, which I've really liked. I've got EEAS from his solo albums and Van Halen I from Van Halen, but that's it for him. I'm going to get Van Halen II soon.

Man, I envy you. You are going to be blown away when you get around to Fair Warning, 1984, Women Children First, and Van Heln II !!!

Man, you lucky bastard ! All those great tunes out there that you haven't heard yet. Unchained, Just Like Paradise, Mean Street, Drop In The Bucket, Panama...

You're gonna have fun discovering them all !!!

Man what a show.....Played all those songs we heard him sing so long ago, all my favs as a matter of fact. Cut his hair really short, got old and all. He was drunk/drinking, and only left stage 5 times.......that's while we were there. Man the main guitar player is really good looking too. Someone brought binoculars and was letting us use them for a while, really cool.

The guitar players name is Brain Young and he rips! Sunnie, I know the joy you felt, I've seen Dave twice in the last year, most recently on June 23 in Delaware. He is in AWESOME shape, phsically and musically. Also, you were very lucky, you saw one of Ray Luziers final shows with Dave...

I have to agree with you on that one. The band was just terriffic...
We, actually my sweetie got his pic in the paper the next day...we just so happened to be standing there in the way, to bad it was only the back of his head, and me, well I am standing in front of him and I am so short you cant even see me. darn it.
I guess they called Dave off stage to tell him to clean up his language that this is a family fair. But that didnt last very long...lol
It was a cool show.....glad I went. Thanks to your friend for getting those pics...I only got to watch through binoculars.
