a simple foot controler question :

i see alot of people on forums use the term "programming a footcontroller"
but just a question

can you go like


_ preamp
footcontroller -
_effect processor

or do you need a footcontroller for each unit that you want to control, thanks people

i don't know if i even understanding what ur asking, but generally if u have 2 things that need a foot controller u need 2 foot controllers. ur foot controller is not in the loop of ur sound if thats what ur thinking, its seperate from that.

should it be

or


footcontroler x to preamp, and footcontroller y to effect processor

It all depends on the footcontroller...some can, some can't...download a manual for whichever one you are interested in, it should give plenty of info in the manual...

I was looking at buying a behringer when I first was looking, as I remember it should be able to, but I'm not 100% sure. I bought a Rocktron MidiMate brand new off eBay for not that much more than a behringer unit and I know that it can do all that stuff. You should look into Rocktron

a friend of mine has a rocktron all acces, +- 1000 $

The All Access is crazy expensive and is more than anyone could possibly need as far as midi control goes. I bought a brand new MidiMate on eBay for about $160 if I remember, that isn't too far off of the behringer unit you are looking at I think...
