This summer we (my friends and I) are gonna start playing in another friend's garage. What'd be best to use to make the garge "sonically balanced" ? (I'm not sure if that's a term or not, did I mention I'm an amatuer in the sound area?) Anyways, we want something to deaden the sound so it's not shooting off the cement floor into our faces! Anything we can put on the walls? We're on a budget (a small one), so if anybody could help with suggestions that'd be awesome! :devilchil :bowdown:

Put some rugs in it and kick out the jams.

I think that's what we'll probably do: put a layer of old carpet on the floor. Then for the walls, we'll just do whatever :rock:

a couple of 20 dollar rugs from walmart hung on the walls worked for us
