I'm tired of holding my phone and recording video. Then getting the audio from the video. Is there a really good cheap decent recorder that I can sneak into a concert venue? Also, should I buy two or three seats so that it don't pick up me singing along even though I'm very quiet not very loud got a very soft voice.

Depends what do you mean by cheap? I've got one of these https://www.roland.com/uk/products/r-07/. It's barely the size of a cigarette packet. It has Bluetooth so you can control it from your phone and don't have to have it in view once switched on. To use the internal mics I have it on a lanyard under a thin t-shirt. Otherwise it's in my pocket with a Rode Lavalier mic attached and clipped to my jacket. The Rode is black so hard to see in the dark.

To be honest it's not something that I've ever done! You'll usually find that someone else has already done it and posted it already! There's a FREE site that I use regularly, that only specialises in 'LIVE' music downloads. It consists of fantastic audience and SoundBoard recordings. A lot cheaper than buying extra seats or being frisked and having your recorder confiscated!

Worth taking a look here
They have a yard sale board where you can always find a bargain or two.
Also worth looking at microphone options for your phone and rather than making videos, just capture the audio.
