I've been having trouble with the tunings on my kramer/floyd. I set it up, play for a while, and then the High E string goes flat. I tune it back up againwith the finetuner, and it goes back down after some playing..
Why is this and what can i do to fix..?
Last thing i tried in order to fix this was that i rearranged the springs so that two of them are mounted as a pair(under the high strings), and the last one mounted single. (under the high strings.) Think it got me a tiny bit closer...

Look under the clamp section on the nut to see if that string might have worn a groove from playing or overtightening. They are easy enough to replace, but the problem is most likely at the nut unless the string is working itself out of the trem block, which this doesn't really sound like either. Check the nut :thumb:
