this is not a request so please dont anyone take offense

i am just curious how often trax are posted here that are 1/2 step down, to match the original recording (if the original is flat)

if anyone has a list, maybe you can point me in the right direction (maybe you have one in your radio - you know, the little boom-box icon under your usernames in the thread)

i have seeen alot of guns'n'roses, but most that i loaded to listen to were in standard, so i am just curious

thanks for any feedback

i honestly didnt post this to try and get some (or be sneaky-but-obvious about it). i was curious how often they are posted here, so i would know whether to keep an eye out for some

thanks

Well, I can't really answer your question but, if you have recording software on your computer you may be able to transpose a standard tuning backing down 1/2 step. My Cakewalk Homestudio has that option.

I always post in the tuning the song was originally recorded... Eb, DropD, whatever. Like sgstd said, it's no problem to change the tuning of a track though, with the right software. I do it all the time. I use Amazing Slow Downer to do it cause sometimes I'm too lazy to retune my guitar:)
