Since http://www.guitars101.com/forums/f9...me-live-1977-dvd-5-1-dolby-digital-80010.html is offline, that's a nice replacement.

Please note:
This is not the original (BBC) PAL-Version (which has been shown on tv several times)! This version has been converted to NTSC (always a lossy process) and features japanese subtitles.... Also a strange logo pops up whenever song titles are shown. End credits are included.

Thanks for this, getting it now. I had a crap version on vhs, more black and white than colour, then found an avi which was good but, well not really good. I am looking forward to this version.
Just curious, is this a Sight and Sound in Concert series? the BBC are showing loads of them on BBC 4 on Fridays (UKTV) first there was the Thin Lizzy gig (recorded it to dvd) then last week there was Santana, I missed this, may be worth keeping an eye out for a re broadcast of this.

POP MUSIC. Jethro Tull in concert at the Golders Green Hippodrome, London. Main title (00.07). Bob Harris introduces the concert, announcing that it is being broadcast simultaneously on Radio One in stereo (00.44). Jethro Tull in concert performing: 'Skating Away' (04.48), 'Jack in the Green' (08.20), 'Thick as a Brick' (21.42), 'Songs from the Wood' (27.54), 'Velvet Green' (35.45), 'Hunting Girl' (42.00), 'Aqualung' (49.42). The band members acknowledge the applause of the audience and leave the stage (50.49). Martin Barre appears back on stage for a brief guitar solo (51.48) before the band go into the song 'Wind-Up' (54.04), and then 'Locomotive Breath' (57.27). As the band play 'Land of Hope and Glory' Ian Anderson pushes two large (c.four foot diameter) balloons into the audience (58.21). The band then go into an instrumental number, with Anderson on keyboards. The programmes credits are superimposed over this section (59.44). Fade to black screen (1.00.04). Sound and image return for the concluding section of the song 'Wind-Up' [This section will not have been transmitted] (1 hour 1 minute 29 seconds). Note: The group consists of Ian Anderson (vocals/flute/guitar), Martin Barre (guitar/xylophone), David Palmer (keyboards), John Evan (keyboards/accordion), John Glascock (bass guitar), and Barriemore Barlow (drums/percussion).
