Who the heck is Chris Staten?

I've no special knowledge about this gig or lineup, but have to wonder if this isn't Chris Stainton (not Staten), the keyboardist in Cocker's original Grease Band? In any case, live semi-early Joe is hard to come by, for which many thanks!
