AUDIO NOTES: BEWARE there are a few VERY loud explosions during the first and last songs, I was standing directly in front of the flash pits, security told me to take a step back at a few points to avoid the flames. You will not get clipping but very close on the explosions. There is also a bit of sizzle noise during American Badass, this is not diginoise but rather onstage sparklers directly in front of me.
SHOW NOTES: this is a high energy party start to finish, this is from mid 2002 before Kid opened for Aerosmith on select dates.
During Devil Reprise - Joe C is pumped in to the ampitheater as video of the departed master of ceremonies plays on the screens and the band bows thier heads.
Disc one tracks 14-19 are all the same song just broken into parts to let everybody solo. There are 2 harmonica solos, 3 guitar solos, a bass solo and a drum solo, whew!!
3 Sheets to the Wind features Kid Rock soloing on every instrument himself. He starts on the turntables, moves to bass, then guitar where he plays a bit of both La Grange and Walk This Way, before switching to keyboards and then doing a talkbox organ bit, before finally switching over to do a drum solo, before retaking the mic to finish the song.
Track 21 of Disc Two actually was taken from between tracks 13 and 14. It is the begining of the encore when Kid comes on stage and passes the mic through the audience. Included for completeness because it is funny to hear, but no music and breaks the flow of the show.
