Remastering consists of very light sound equalization and denoising. I swapped the channels on the first set's tracks in order to restore the guitar on the right channel that is where we're prepared to hear its sound coming from.

Thanks Jimmy! Always chasing the elusive grail of the perfect remaster. dadgad tends to do a nice job on Zep, and this one is no exception.

For the record, I believe the Nite Owl matrix "Live at Fillmore West: April 27, 1969" (NO-2019-09) is the best-sounding source of this great show. It uses a decent audience recording to fill the gaps in the SBD. Nite Owl 'Live at Fillmore West: April 27, 1969'
