Yes, agreed and again thanks. That said I absolutely hate the way that MRS (a fav label of mine) have chosen to distribute this content. Who the heck wants to listen to audio from a DVD? I managed to discover that there are 24/48 stereo downmixes included in the AUDIO_TS sub-folder which I managed to extract using foobar. All the content in the VIDEO_TS folder including the slide shows) ripped to mkv, although again I hate the decision to put it in lossy 5.1 surround format.
Very nice package of content and very gratefully received despite the reservations above.

Thanks for posting this one. I dropped my book from the shelf a few years ago and the DVD cracked around the spindle hole so it's nice to have a replacement in case I ever want to play it again....
