I just did a sloppy rythm anf laid a sloppy solo on top of it. I dodn't care and I had motivation that was of the blinder, tunnel vision variety. Check it out, because everything has it's purpose. I got more out of listening to thos back than jazzersizing before a vocal recording.

When it first played, I thought that the rythem sounded almost like that staind song, (its been awile) but tuned lower. Anyway, still cool sounding.
