*Taper: Darktrain

*Source Notes: Section 9, Row 7 - Schoeps MK41's> Actives> Naiant Tinybox> Sony PCM-M10

*Taper's Notes: Nearly a 3-hour rain/lightning delay between Small Town and All The Way so the recording was stopped and then restarted so it's not exactly a perfect transition there. But it's just crowd noise anyway. They played till just past 2 a.m. after the delay. During Rockin in the Free World, I moved a little so the sound changes a bit and then fades out right at the end of the song.

Yes. Both the new sources are better than the original Schoeps MK41 recording. The Schoeps CCM4 pull is fuller sounding, with more bass than the CA11 recording. The CA11 has brighter mids and not as much boom in the bass as the CCM4"s(a good thing). Overall it's a matter of taste which is better. The reason I went with the CA11's is because the CCM4 pull exhibits slight clipping during loud parts(Even Flow for example.) Clipping is a deal breaker for me. So yeah, go with souce 3. A very solid stadium recording I would rate it B+
