Dont know if you have but, and dont know if it makes any difference, sign up for an account, dont have to be a premium and try.
Did an check from another computer, with a non premium account, and no problems downloading!

Been having problems with Filefactory for a couple of weeks or more now - ever since they did a big reorganisation, which seems to have been a complete bodge-up. This is very disappointing as I have been a FF Premium subber for several years and always found the service excellent and recommended it widely. Now nothing works right (this is written Sept 20 2025), and even the new interface is distinctly less pleasant and more importantly less user-friendly than it was - 'search' is now awkward and returns too many false positives. I sincerely hope they sort this all out otherwise I don't see the point in renewing my sub.

i have been having many issues with EF for some time now, but I keep my displeasure to myself out of respect to the many other members that belong to EF and utilize it much. All i can suggest is to stay patient and remember others who favor EF , It is such a breath of fresh air when i see those who use media fire, rapid gator, google, mega, etc.,

As I mentioned earlier I've been a FF member for several years and genuinely loved it - used it one way another almost every day. Then earlier this year something went wrong - first it was links on other sites not responding, then its own search results weren't responding, then it stopped responding altogether. And then the apparent re-coding and reorganisation of everything which looks awful. FF isn't responding at all at the moment as I write. I've still got over a year of my subscription to go, so I am happy to stick with it (FF was always so much better than all the others) but I am genuinely disappointed, as well as, in some ways, massively inconvenienced (can't get later parts of tv series I'd been collecting). I'm more than willing to pay fo the great service they used to supply - where has it all gone wrong?

I used it for years with no issue's until this year. Like others have said at first it was just a file or 2. Then i noticed it was just a server or 2. Now its always down. When I have mentioned this in the past others said it was fine for them. I suspect it depends on the country you are connecting from. I am in the USA. I am curious where people with issue's live. It could be they have to block it in certain counties.
