I looked over the link you posted and if this isn't what you are searching for, can you elaborate to pinpoint your request? thanks
This is the bootleg I am looking for: https://www.discogs.com/Queen-The-Queen-Special-Japanese-Broadcast-Version/release/14241472

The Hammersmith '79 show was turned into a TV special in 1980 and included short interviews and promo videos shown between tracks.

Here is an article about it: https://dangerousminds.net/comments..._in_the_queen_special_a_seldom-seen_pay-tv_sh

ok, i am still a bit lost. the concert for this dvd was recorded 1979 12 26? if so, I can get you the 2 cd this.

Queen - Complete Kampuchea Concert (disk1)

Lineage: Silver > EAC Secure > FLAC
Label: Gypsy Eye 137/138
12/26/1979 AT THE HAMMERSMITH ODEON IN LONDON

This is an (I think) excellent audience recording of Queen's Kampuchea concert in its entirety.
Sorry, no art. If someone could post some, thanks.
Set list is absolutely killer.
BEWARE!!! - "If You Can't Beat Them", "Mustapha", or "Death On Two Legs" may
cause windows to shatter or rafters to rattle.
Brian & Roger should hit the vaults and release this as a DTS 5.1 DVD.

01. Opening [0:02:19.56]
02. Jailhouse Rock [0:01:39.47]
03. We Will Rock You (fast version) [0:02:58.30]

Queen - Complete Kampuchea Concert (disk2)

Lineage: Silver > EAC Secure > FLAC

This is an (I think) excellent audience recording of Queen's Kampuchea concert in its entirety.

"Silent Night " by Brian into "Brighton Rock" is killer.
Heed the same BEWARE warning with Tie Your Mother Down and Heart Attack.
Once again...I reiterate...Brian & Roger should hit the vaults and release this as a DTS 5.1 DVD.

01. Keep Yourself Alive (incl. Drum & Guitar solo) [0:07:49.42]
02. Silent Night (Brian solo) [0:06:01.52]

09. We Will Rock You [0:02:16.34]
10. We Are The Champions [0:03:44.36]
11. God Save The Queen [0:01:40.15]

there is also a couple dvd's but i don't download vids. please advise as I can't find a bbc rip that you seek.

All I am really looking for is clean sounding audio of The Queen Special specifically. I don't mind if they are music files or video it's just that the audio from the Chicago broadcast is very low-quality.

I found a version of the show with high-quality audio: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9GL6IToljfQ&t=1469s&ab_channel=hangin'loose

I was getting so fed up that I considered downloading the audio from the youtube video above but there are too many little jumps and freezes.

hi, here is a screen shot of what i can find, and there is a folder with the dvd artworks for one of the vids. i am not sure what else you can find for the show. that is if you are certain of the date being 1979 12 26. it is mainly the date I am going off. if you want this vid or both you will have to get them for yourself as I don't do vids. you need to check your pm for the link to this post. thanks.
