If I don't use Cubase, then how can I install the drumkit from hell pack ? Is there only a way out ?

DFH is essentially a whole bunch of samples - the first version didn't have a front end but was supplied as a multi format for use with sampler type programs (lm4, battery, giga, dr008, halion etc.) The DFH superior comes with its own frontend.
