Its really another realm entirely. There is a sound file that automatically comes in when you visit that site: just listen to the subtlety of his playing, its like a woodwind instrument that actually breaths. I love the guitar, like most of us do on this site so, I just can't dismiss Holdsworth as being boring. There is something golden and fucking sublime that he tries to achieve (and on many occasions does achieve) with six strings and a little distortion.
