Recording with the Tascam DP-01FX

Greetings,
I'm new to home recording and I've just recently purchased Tascam's DP-01FX Digital Portastudio. I would like to use it to record vocals, guitars, and keyboards. My current home studio setup is as follows: Fender Stratocaster electric guitar, Fender Cyber-Twin amplifier, Yamaha FG-260 12-String acoustic guitar, Martin Backpacker acoustic guitar, Yamaha PSR-350 Portatone keyboard, and Behringer B-2 condensor microphone.
I've been able to record vocals with the microphone (XLR input with phantom power) and both the Strat and keyboard when plugged directly into the Tascam (1/4" plug input).
However, I can't get a signal from the Cyber-Twin amp into the Tascam. I've tried the following:
