I don't know if this was around here, but how much would it cost to get someone to refret a guitar? And would it be worth it in the end?

Around $200 USD for plain refret and dress, and add another $25-$50 for bound necks. Is it worth it? Probably not unless the neck is a part of something more valuable, like something vintage or not easily replaceable.
