just a quick question on assembling guitars
if a guitar says scale length 25 3/4 (like in here http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=7348323560&ssPageName=STRK:MEWA:IT )

can its neck be replaced with a 25 1/2? (like in here http://www.stewmac.com/shop/Bodies,...ecks/22-fret_Birdseye_Maple_Guitar_Necks.html )

ive never replaced anything besides strings and i am under the impression that intonation or something would be wrong if the neck scale is off from what the guitar body is designed for
is that neck possible to fit to that guitar?
would i have to move the bridge? if so how hard is that to do?
or am i just over thinking this...

SG your answer to his question is correct for the most part.. but your snide remark towards the helpfulness of others on this site is a bit over the top for someone with 70 posts . Keep the attitude in check and things will be just fine.:icon_thum

Why don't you shoot me a PM about who disgruntled you? everyone I know and all the posts I have seen here have been exceptionally helpful, so your observation does concern me. Shoot me that PM. Thanks.
