Did you realize this was a religiowhacko site claiming this as evidence that rock and roll is evil and these people got God's justice handed to them?Riff Addict said:Just thought these statistics were intersting. There's a chart with Deceased Rock Stars indicating how they died. http://www.av1611.org/rockdead.html

Actually no...I never read that stuff. Just the statistics. Don't pay any attention to those ramblings..the stats are real.nroberts said:Did you realize this was a religiowhacko site claiming this as evidence that rock and roll is evil and these people got God's justice handed to them?
"As righteousness tendeth to life: so he that pursueth evil pursueth it to his own DEATH.
Proverbs 11:19"
I feel sick.
The first guy of course. The rock star getting hammered and driving 150 on a motorcycle while drunk is going to die horribly and everyone is going to laugh and talk about how fucking stupid he was. The dumass is going to die before seeing much of anything or learning enough to actually be able to enjoy his life before he snuffs it out. The working man is going to spend a lot of time doing a bunch of stupid shit he doesn't want anything to do with, but he will live more years (maybe, unless he is killed by some asshole driving drunk on a motorcycle at 150 mph) he will learn more, he will see more, and will learn to appreciate the life he has before he dies at an old age surrounded by people that love him.kudochop said:Your average guy is gonna go to work, come home, watch t.v. then go to sleep, only to do it all over the next day. Whereas a rock star will get completely hammered and drive 150 m.p.h. on a motorcylce! Now you tell me which person has the better chance of living a full life?
Nobody is stoning you. The people that made that website are just full of shit. I didn't think you knew what that site was actually saying. The stats are kind of interesting, but the message being delivered by the site really pisses me off.Riff Addict said:*edited* I'll kill the link so I won't get stoned to death. I was interested in the stats page, not the stupid ramblings of the webmaster.
Shhhh, he is dead, but nobody told him :doh:phil28uk said:If this was all true then Steve Tyler should have been dead ages ago.

Being a rock star, or loving rock music, doesn't mean you have to be a retard.
Yeah, it's interesting that there were no country or jazz guys on that list. I mean Hank Williams led a lifestyle that would put many rockers to shame.Stiglar said:cool stats there ! .. i found it quite interesting ,
Being a musician in general is just an extreme lifestyle not neccesarily with rock , and having an extreme lifestyle can cause people to lash out and try and balance things out with drugs or alcohol or even suicide . it's really sad .. but it's just something alot of people will fall victim to .
