Notes
================
The sound man RUINED this show; although I was able to
squeak out _some_ resemblance of sound from this recording,
(thank you Steinberg!) all we heard from our center stage seats
was BASS, BASS and MORE BASS.

George walked around the stage during sound check in odd capri-
length shorts with socks and sandals on - he played a Telecaster
for a few songs (unusual for him). The lead singers voice is
amazing - very clear and a lot of power. The bass player would
be a much better fit in a jazz or reggae band, as he wanted to
"slappa the bass" throughout the night.

I wish I could comment more about the music - we sat 25' away from
the stage and the dance floor in front of the stage filled up and
obstructed our view of the band. Whenever I could see George he
was making gestures like he was wailing away on the guitar but we
literally could not hear a single note played - the recording was
tweakable to make him audible. Same goes with the lead singer - it
was obvious he was singing his guts out but literally could only hear
every 10th word he was singing. We ended up leaving a little over an
hour into the set as we literally could not hear, at all, George or
the lead singer. I don't know any of the song titles played since Shadow
Nation has yet to release their first CD.

The recording came out better than I had feared.. I was able to reverse
the sound channels and then widen / tweak the recording to bring out
the sound quality for the concert portion. The soundcheck sounds MUCH,
MUCH better.
