well, I don't have much to offer other than you're getting a sweet set-up! You're making a good choice by going with the SLO!
:bannana_g What's really cool about those amps is you can get a big range of tones out of them, from Clapton to Halen!

I'm about 1/8 the way there on Soldano savings.Yaaaahhhoooo!!!!
Interesting journey so far. Talked w/Mike S. and Bill S. at their Seattle location in regards to mods and customization.
Been searchin' a bunch for pics, info, and e-bay sales on the web.
I thought a Decatone might suffice, but wrong-O!
The lead channel isn't as dynamic and punchy as the SLO. That's enuff there for me to run.
All the mods I've read about are pretty futile, to me anyway.
In talking with Mike, I came to the conclusion that I won't get an effects loop installed, like my first SLO had, and absolutely no mods!!!! This amp is fine w/out 'em.
I will get the Slave -out so I can run an additional cabinet, with volume boosted for solo punch -in's at gigs where there isn't a sound man.
They do still tolex in Gray; like Clapton, Moore, and Knopfler. I quite like this!!
Any you guys have any input? Please post.....I feel like my son waitin' for Santa!
