If you mean something that will take your playing and make tab out of it then no. The closest you could get would be some sort of midi guitar and a sequencer that would output some rather questionable sheet music that would need some editing. If you could make something that could record guitar music into tab you could probably make a shit load from it. It won't be an easy problem though.
