A guy on FunkySouls told me that this bootleg got released and he would like to get a FLAC version of it. So I started my search and found archives on some filesharing service. I wasn't sure if they're proper files but in the end they were

I'm just a little confused (My Natural State these days) but the Back Cover says that the First Tracks on Disc 1 (It doesn't say how many) are from Seattle, and that Tracks 15-28 are from Japan(?).

There seems to be only 16 Tracks on Disc 1.
