The sound of the Rome recording is very good. Instruments and vocals come through clearly. Only drawback are some indicating the use of a vinyl source. The bonus tracks (6 - 12, disc 2) were recorded during the first night in Munich July 21, 1987. The first show of the European tour is also U2's first open-air show of the year. The audience give U2 an extremely warm welcome. Bono is suffering from a sore throat but the audience fill in for him.
