ok guys I have a question about my rg 1570
awesome guitar but the high E is ridiculously close to the end of the fretboard
if I tap with any downward pressure it comes off the fretboard
is this normal?
can it be fixed?

Its could be a few different things either the nut or the bridge is cut wrong or the bridge is mis-aligned. or its even possible the neck isnt square to the bridge. This is a hard one to call without having it right in front of me. Id have a tech look at it to see what the problem is.

^^what he said. its most likely a neck misalignment in the pocket. youi can fix that just buy turning a few bolts.
