Incredibly detailed Van Halen video lessons with tabs now available on CD can be purchased from top Los Angeles session guitarist Jeff Fiorentino. Most of ya are prolly already familiar with Jeff's site, if not, go to the URL below to check him our or to get the CD. You can click the link at the top where it says VAN HALEN 101 ARCHIVE for examples of his work. So far only the first Van Halen I cd is complete. He will be doing one for each VH Album.

Thanks Riff Addict you are very kind! I was in a bad mood and was shamelessly fishing for that, but I could never exploit Edward in this way. -I'm not that broke yet.:D Plus the amount of time I have spent in careful study of VH1 just proves that I need to get a life.

Being single, with few close friends, I have tons of free time myself to play and record....but some people such as yourself have a superior musical gift that not everyone can achieve, at least not at your level, which is a professional level. I consider myself a decent Metal cover player although no where near your level as a guitarist. I've played in several working cover bands over a 16 year period and can please a crowd live but I envy and respect your talent and dedication to your technique. You should never stop playing and just be a guitar geek like the rest of us! :bannana_g
I love this kinda stuff though. It's guys like us that realize how much of a musical genious Ed is, and not just some 80's metal guy. I'll have to check this clip out when I get home, thanks for posting it.

That's what I first though when I went to the site, but the guy can play VH better than any other VH tribute player. Just because he doesn't copy the songs note for note. He plays like Eddie does live, not VH on the record.

If you actually listen and watch his video lessons he'll even say, "Be loose with the songs"

It takes some getting used too.
