I am in need of a good mic to record my amp to computer instead of using the line out. I would like a shure SM57 but since those can be pricey if it is out of my range I would like something of good quality and low price.
I agree. That's good advice EJ. But if you really, really, really want a mic...(and that v-amp2 you will find is hard to beat..it's excellent!!)...then a used SM-57. But you really won't save much. Best of Luck. :icon_thum
Well I am buying a new Vox AD50VT today so I wanted to capture it's tone on my recordings. I have looked at used SM57's and I found the cheapest at $50, but after I buy the stand, cable, clip, XLR to 1/4" adapter, it will be almost $80-$90.
