Wow, wow, wow! 48 years later I'm seeing this for the first time. He put out "Tuesday's Dead" from this show on his Majicat DVD but I never knew there was a whole show. Thanks for putting this up, it's a great show!

The direct source is unknown to me. It looks like a rather clean mastering from the analogue tapes. I managed to locate a seller from the Ukraine willing to part with a digital copy of what he had at hand.

The recording is on par with the BBC or KCET concert.
