AUDIO PROCESSING: Each track underwent DC offset correction, phase correction, L/R channel balancing and initial gain setting before proceeding with remastering. Most tracks had a few (usually 20 or less) clipped samples and required de-clipping. Mastering consisted of EQ (mid/side and stereo adjustments), stereo field optimization, sparing use of a frequency demasking reverb, a buss compressor for gentle transient taming and character and final level setting (TP, 18x oversampling and a target integrated LUFS of -12.0). The remastered audio was painstakingly synced to the video with Davinci Resolve.

VIDEO PROCESSING: The two source DVDs were first appended. Vapoursynth QTGMC 1x de-interlacing with PAR conversion to 1:1. Proper upscale to 1080p with noise reduction, compression artifact removal, de-blurring and gentle grain addition. All intermediate video processing was carried out in lossless (FFV1, 10-bit) formal. Final conversion to 10-bit H.265/MKV, with appropriate cropping. Chapters were manually entered. Poster art generated.

The audio files were re-muxed in this order:

1. FLAC 2.0 BIV remastered audio

2. Opus 192kbps 2.0 BIV remastered audio

3.) MP2 2.0 224kbps original source audio

NOTES: A fantastic visual and auditory upgrade.

BS2 NHK (Japan Broadcasting Corporation) Satellite Channel 2... It aired on TV back then, and I recorded it on VHS, but this is the first time I've seen this performance like this in 26 years. Needless to say, the image clarity is outstanding, but above all, the remastered, expansive AUDIO is incredibly pleasant.

This tour holds special memories for me because I saw it with my wife in Osaka. Thank you, BIV, for the upscaling!

Oh wow that's a great show. Thangs for uploading, quite big, almost 8 gig.

@oldandintheway On my Mac I use Unzip & The Unarchiver. I'm sure there are equivalents for Windows. Simply open the ...001 file and the others will be uncompressed as well, resulting in a folder with the following:
