I actually tried a freebie yesterday afternoon on my laptop which 60 mb took only 30 mins. The morning (Android phone Chrome browser) I tried another 1 which loaded up but failed producting the link so 20 min later and retried it successfully and it produced the link and 700 mb 4 hours later it was successful.

It's been acting weird for me the last 2-3 days.
Deleted files still show in MyFiles, but it says they're not there.
Also I cannot import any files to MyFiles, getting the o-so-helpful message of
"Error Failed to Import files", all caps of course. Chatbot is useless.

Fucking FileFactory
Completes an individual dl then seems to have a wait period before you can do another
Forget about multiples at once, at least that's my experience with a paid account
Maybe this is their whole plan, to kill multi downloading at once
I checked Terabox unfortunately while you can store 1TB they only allow 20Gb of shared documents.

My experience is I click on the link, it goes to FF, I click on the download link, it counts down (free user), I click on the download link to my laptop, and it times out.

Even more worrying, in the settings of my account (premium):

It used to be unlimited storage, now it's 90 days max? It's become pretty useless unless I'm reading this wrong.
i'm thinking that's why I have so many disabled links, I just assumed they'd stay forever but that's not the case anymore for new transfers.

I've been trying to upload a ZIP file in order to share a link that someone requested.
I've made several attempts, and each time it appears to get to 100% and the wheel just keeps 'spinning' until eventually telling me that the upload failed.

I've got thousands of files linked there. I can't move them elsewhere. It's far too huge of a task.
And I'm not alone.
But that's part of the answer to those of you who suggest other storage sites - it's too late for the links that are already there that I've/we've been getting lots of messages about, asking why they're not working.

Hope they get their shit together sooner rather than later... grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!

I can't decide if I have a File Factory issue, or an ISP issue. The last show I tried to download a week ago was almost 2GB, it took almost 18 hours, and then stalled. Ever since, I cannot download anything. The website loads briefly, asks me to accept cookies, and then the page freezes. If I refresh, I get a failure notice that I cannot connect to the server. This is on multiple computers and even over wifi. If I try to access FileFactory through a cellular connection, then I get through to FileFactory. I'm not using a VPN, but that may be my next step. But it's odd, I haven't had connection issues in the past, and I've downloaded far more shows than I am now.
