and the BEST is this =>

Jimi Hendrix - In The Studio Collectors (Limited Edition) (2006)
Release: 2006 | Track: 111 (10CD) | Format: MP3 CBR 320 Kbps | Size: 1,48 GB
Genre: Rock
i've listened only to the first disc, but the sound was fantastic 'for the time' and that it sounds like it likely this wasn't a 1st gen tape source. a very nice high end, unlike those sotheby tapes posted, all over-dolby'd.

i thought i'd seen someone post them here, since i'd seen some pretty big hendrix sets come up, but 'search' doesn't turn them up...

4 filesonic links in all, WELL worth it even if if it's not flac.

you're definitely welcome - gotta take care of my fellow hendrix fans!
i like megaupload too, but it all depends on the time of day...lately rapidshare has been smokin' fast too at times. the reason rapidshare pisses me off in general is that their links die so fast, 2nd only to sendspace - bad when i'm trawling for some of the weird-ER music i like and often i find something i've been looking for but if the blogsite's had little activity for say, a year or 2, rapidshare links 99% of the time are worthless.
megaupload lasts like forever...mediafire's kinda the same but with zero wait time. NOT to say that MU's 40 sec wait time is crazy either.

that 10 disc set is just 4 big filesonic (with their alternate, wupload, which i think is russian) links which my DSL here brings in after about 20-30 minutes(pretty damned good for 491 meg i think)...i'd never heard of filesonic until ghostface switched all of his stuff over and i'm VERY impressed with them as well.
'25', if you don't already have this studio collection, you need it.
