when I click on the link I get this:

click on the "Download" button (indicated by red arrow)

Then this pops up:

click on "Download anyway"

& it should start the browser's download procedure from there...

The Google drive is quick compared to the filefactory links. Filefactory would take me a month to download, whereas I downloaded in a minute or 2 from Google...
