My Filefactory account has resetted after an E-Mail to the contact address. Downloads are now working with full speed.

Makes you wonder if you paid the efers would happen it would start downloading? In the mean the FF only links you'll just have to put up with youtube quality until they sort their sheet out.

I have tried just the moment. And I can log in 8:37 PM German Time.
BUT Premium downloads doesn't work. On the website I see I have a premium account. But when I start a download - it's only in Free Account mode. - Awful

I was able to download today, but I don’t like what I’m seeing. After doing a search, I couldn’t get to a specific page number. I had to go through one at a time. And the texts on the pages aren’t grouped and well defined as it was. It’s just all white now so your eyes have to work a little harder to break down what you’re seeing. The graphic interface on the old one was fine. They shouldn’t have touched it.

Famous last words: now I'm getting white screen on my preferred device which has never failed in the past - Android Chrome browser either mobile or desktop view - just a white screen and nothing else, either from the g101 page or the link saved on my word docx (for convenience if anybody asks)

I'm trying to purchase to extend premium, but every time it goes to an error page. Go figure.

Hopefully they correct that soon.

But then 5 minutes later now it works and actually provides the link. But I want to use the free slow download BUT who's to say filefactory drops out and the download fails you're almost forced into setting up a premium account in case you get that brief window when FF is online.

as a paid up user, its working fine for me, the search drop up/down on created column seems to have been fixed. Haven't tried the extend premium as i'm on automatic renewal and my time to renewal keeps getting extended, I guess to account for downtime.
